After the medicine usage location has been created, you must update the location for this site before you can scan to use the medicine here.
The steps to update the location are as follows:
- 1. Tap on the "Personal" section.
- 2. Select "Update location".
- 3. Tap on the location you want to update if you are the Clinic Administrator.
Skip this step if you are the Branch Manager or a User. - 4. Tap "Confirm".
📌 Note: If you see the message "The current location is too far from the registered location. Please check again or contact Admin for support" then contact the Admin to request approval for this update. Once approved, you can scan to use the medicine.
